At American Farm, we stand by the quality of our heritage-inspired apparel and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. We want to ensure your farm-to-fashion experience is seamless and satisfying from the moment you order to the final fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our farmhouse warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
